Claude Code + Grimoire
How does Grimoire work inside Claude Code?
Grimoire installs skill files into ~/.claude/skills/. Claude Code loads these automatically. When you describe a task, Grimoire intercepts and routes to the matching best-practices skill before Claude responds.
Does Grimoire affect all my Claude conversations?
Only conversations in directories where grimoire is active. Skills apply globally once installed — you can also scope per-project using a project-level CLAUDE.md.
Can I install only specific domains?
Yes. Run /plugin install grimoire-engineering@grimoire-core to install just the engineering domain, or grimoire --domain engineering --target claude for the script method.
Is Grimoire compatible with Claude Code plans?
Yes. Grimoire works with all Claude Code subscription tiers — Free, Pro, and Team. The skills run client-side; no additional API calls.
